"Do you think Milo is fattening if you drink it every night?"
On something else, pool can be an addictive game. I finally managed to do something which I didn't think was possible for me. For some, it may be easy. For me, it was a challenge since the very first time I played it. If you're wondering what that could be... it's breaking a rack. Of course, I had help from friends like Benedict, Morgan and Jonathan. Practice makes perfect. :) Perhaps the holidays I'm having will cure my addiction for games and internet. It should be a good thing, right?

I guess it wont make you fat by drinking Milo at night..hmm..I use to drink them at night when I'm still in secondary school and I never gain weight -_-"
It isn't! Though I don't drink it every night. Stopped drinking it a while ago actually.
Just check the calorie content =) That's ultimately what matters when it comes to losing weight.
I recently started drinking it again. I think I will be checking the calorie content soon. You know, I read from somewhere that to lose weight, avoid anything white except for cauliflowers hehe.. but then again, cauliflowers have high uric acid content which may lead to gouty arthritis i think.. =/ nothing is safe to eat! *makes dramatic look* haha..
