This is a video I came across while browsing through Facebook and I think this is one of the best 'Quit-smoking' commercial that I've seen. It has been awhile since I've watched the national television. One of the reasons why I think this is a good ad is because it relates to family mainly and family is important.
A friend and I had a chat the other day. He told me that his friends told him that smoking don't make them feel good. If that is so, why does a person continue smoking? I know friends who do and I know how some of them aren't exactly in good shape. :S

friend of your friend might be addicted to nicotine, so his body needs the nicotine fix daily thus causing him to smoke even though he doesnt want to. it's a physiological prob. hehe. dt108 just had smoking cessation classes :)
